Mystery lead seal

While hunt a very old site I found a lead seal I think Mabe French it says fabrique nationale Please help I can’t find anything about it or just what it is I also found some flat buttons around the area how old are these things .

The buttons look early-mid 1800s the lead seal is cool could of been on some type of garment that was shipped here from France. Nice finds
