Dug this one in the heart of old downtown Biloxi, MS.
Hoping it is a local, but didn’t find anything in my MS or LA books.
Brass, Scalloped, 30.4 mm.
Anyone know anything about this one?

Found this nearby on my 1904 & 1909 maps.
Possible match, but I’m not 100% sold.
