Nails, Nails, and…….Yay! a military button!

Lots of nails but I wanted to clear them out….still looking for a lost diamond ring 20 years ago in this trashy area. I got another 15 on the Nox and thought it was another nail but was thrilled to find a military button…I think it is an army button from WWI but maybe it is WWII?

Then there was some unidentified thingy with a hole and a screw in the top. Not great finds but still fun.

Nice finds. Your button dates from 1910-1917 or 1923-1927.

After taking a closer look at your eagle button I think it is a civilian fashion one. The lack of detail is one clue as well as the missing back.
