Native American grinding tool???

Hi, this is my first time posting and hoping to get an answer on what I think may be a cool find. Could this be a grinding stone? I tried to get a good pic of the spot on it that's wore perfectly flat.

This is what it looks to me like. One of two pieces
A corn/grain grinder

I think it is a pestle, too. Would be great to find the mortar that it was used with. It will help if you post general area where it was found.
