Found several of these in the woods near a confirmed Native American marker or thong tree. They do look strange to me as I have lived here all my life (Southwest Missouri) and have never seen anything like them before. Some of the shapes are recognizable to me with a little imagination as animal shapes that may be recognized. What do you think? These appear to be natural, unworked, although it looks as if they had been moved around.

Sorry, but they are made by nature. Also, most "Native American Marker Trees" are not old enough to have been used by Native Americans. Please ad a picture of the tree if possible. Keep hunting. Real Relics will come!

Either way man or nature made they are interesting formations, but the one with my shoe in the bottom of picture for a quick on the spot size reference, has a blue eye that turned out to be a fish scale.
