I took the youngest Grandson on a 'Nature Walk' today, a large cold front was moving in, so we 'captured ' a couple of 'Cold Critters, they couldn't move too fast. ;D
We got a 'leopard frog', & a lizard, turned the frog loose in a beaver pond, & took the lizard to his 'terrarium'.
We dug Grand-Ma some 'Wisiteria' growing wild, (old house place), a prowled up a pretty creek, good day out despite the 'cold wind'.
Also went into a 'Asian Bamboo' grove, so thick we had trouble getting through it, (also around the old houseplace,) also found 'Sweet Gum Balls', they are seed containers.

Yes there is, but at his age catching 'critters' is the most important.

Another nature walk....always enjoy the views with you. That last pic of flower, I believe are "Blue Daze", not sure it's true name...I had them and got rid of them due to the vines, a tripping hazard.

 RR

Love all the pics, hate those seed pods ;D I seem to turn my ankle on them :tard: Just do!
But I do always look forward to your pics. Sounds and looks like another great day! :icon_sunny:

Thanks, the flowers & vines were from the 'old houseplace' also.
