Sorry to tell you but they are not Navy buttons. They are fashion blazer buttons most likely dating no earlier than the 1950s. There are several threads here about the differences between your buttons and Navy ones. The lack of detail in the eagle and the anchor eye not extending to the edge where the rope border would run through it are the two main ones.
