Navy good conduct medal?

Found this down about 2 inches near an old store foundation...Front says United States Navy with the USS Constitution in the middle, back says, Fidlelity, Zeal, Obedience.......Navy good Conduct?

JIm, thanks for that, was kinda curious what ribbon went with the medal, for there was no ribbon on the one I found, so thanks for passing that along.
