Need Date on Vintage Razor

Howdy All. Found this razor at a 1920's site after work last Friday. It is engraved "Gillite" in a diamond shape with an arrow running thru the letters and "Made in USA". Internet searches show some sort of like it from the 1940's but I think it might be older. I hope there are some razor experts out there who can pin it down. Thanks for any help.
