Need help getting a date on this torpedo bottle

Front says registered with some sort of star in the middle the word excelsior is circular above the star can't get a good pic of that word it is pretty faint. Then it has birkenhead on one side and Galloway and co on the other.

As mentioned this is an English soda bottle and dates around 1900. This style of bottle is called a Hamilton or Torpedo bottle and are a very common type and even if a rare brand would only bring a few U K pounds. Birkenhead is near Liverpool
