Hello friends. Went out today for s little while with my new Garrett at gold detector. Didn't find s lot. Did find this beat buckle and a what's it?? Any help id ing this thing I would appreciate it. My guess is a side piece off of a gun maybe? And the buckle is it women's or a mans? And what's the age? Thanks friends.

Now there is a buckle to scratch your head over very different never seen anything like that hope you find out what you have maybe early Victorian sash ???vanzutphen
 
Yea man. Would love to get a date on it. It was found in front of a old slave house deep in the woods.
 
Can't find any design like it online.
 
Buckle looks to be Art Deco in design. That would place it in the range of 1910 to 1935 give or take a few years. The other piece doesn't look like any firearm sideplate I have ever seen. Don't have any idea what it is.
