need help identifying a relic I found

I found this while hiking in northern virginia. The long bar at the bottom has two holes at the ends as if it could be an axle of some kind. The small bar that connects the 2 pieces has what looks like a very rusted cotter pin in it. This site won't let me upload a picture so I linked a post from another site I made

Looks like the yoke and front axle from a child's wagon.

1990 IT IS A YOKE TO SOME TYPE OF WAGON . THATS STILL A NEAT FIND.
