Need help identifying pottery stamp

I am interested in possibly purchasing a piece with the attached stamp and spent hours researching the stamp. Having no luck. It is located on the bottom of a wash bowl and pitcher set. Does it look familiar to anyone? Thank you.

I Think Royal Tradition? but I'm not sure on that second word.
it doesn't seem to have 9 letters

Royal Ironstone is what it says... but I don't know the where/when stuff, yet.
