I'm gonna go with green quartz, do some test, quartz is a 7 on the hardness scale so see if a sharp piece of quartz will scratch it, also you can do a specific gravity test, just watch a video on YouTube on how to do it, its pretty easy. Best I can help from a just a picture, hope it helps.
