Need Help identifying this one

Hubby works up in Nunavut and brought home this rock/mineral and can't find it on the internet to find out what it is. Any help would be appreciated. Should add it's got glitter on it and crumbles into dust when pressure is applied.

Looks like biotite mica on the surface, that's all I can make out.
