The ribbon on the left is either an Arizona National Guard Service Ribbon or an Oklahoma National Guard Distinguished Service Ribbon or the Maine National Guard Commanders Award Ribbon (they are identical) and the one one the right could be an Oklahoma National Guard Meritorious Service Ribbon or Oregon National Guard Exceptional Service Ribbon. The fact that two of them could be Oklahoma National Guard medals I'm leaning towards those as your answer. I could be wrong as there are tons of similar looking awards out there.
