Duggap is correct... that button is just another version of the worthless civilian-usage "Navy" button shown in the photo below. Exact same eagle with round-topped wings, standing on the same horizontal anchor, surrounded by the same SEVEN stars instead of the usual 13. Steeltowndigger's friend's version appears to be made of aluminum instead of brass.
