What does the back look like? It has the same number of stars on it as a button I'm trying to get an id for: View attachment 743170 If that helps any

It's stamped brass one piece, like a flat button. I'm thinking its a unlisted US diplomatic or US official button from the very early 1800's , hoping someone might know for sure.
