Need help on square piece of bronze

Hi guys.
I even remember where i find it but for sure it was last week.
today i was looking to some roman cois on https://www.vcoins.com/ and there i red about a LATE ROMAN-BYZANTINE BRONZE WEIGHT OF 2 NUMISMATA. 9.06GM.

this one remembered me the square piece of bronze that i had found and i was thinking if it can be half of it, because mine weights only 4.5 gr.
Do you have any idea?

Yours is a Coin Weight, but it looks more 14th C to me.

I'm hopping there was a kind of laboratory for the coins .

They were used by traders to weigh gold coins, to check they were real/the right weight.

Don't try & work out why things get places, it will give you a headache. They just do.
