Need help on this ring?

I found this ring over the weekend, I wasn't that impressed, thought it was just another toe ring with a small stone. Yesterday I was checking a heart shaped charm to see if the stones were diamonds, they weren't but the ring was there so I tested the small stone it, it went from red to green, it is a diamond so then I looked to see if the ring was stamped and it is, the stamp is eather 894 or 094 with the infinity mark?? Any one have an idea, what is the ring made of. It's not silver, if they put a diamond in the ring it must be eather gold or?
