Need help to ID the fossil

Didn't have much luck on the Fossils forum so decided to try my luck on this one.

I'm trying to ID what appears to be a trace fossil. I'd be interested to know the period and the possible species that left the mark.

I've heard them called worm tubes by a geologist and (at least in Ohio) they are usually found in Devonian formations.

Maybe some form of a Graptolite fossil?
