Reminds me of my grandmother who was born in 1899, so I would guess 1920's or 30's.

Found this and it looks old. %100gold,not sure what ct tho?
Has a tiny mark on loop at top,as can be seen in pics,but lots worn away.
Unless it was tested one can't tell by the picture.
It looks more like silver.
Design of late Victorian to 1930s.

100% gold,took pic with flash. Lighting is poop thanks for replys peeps x

I JUST WISH MORE OF THE MARK WAS THERE ,DOHH

used google picture to look it up and it came back with some realllll old stuff but i can only take that with a pinch of salt cuzz i juts dont know lol

the post on your ear ring is designed for a butterfly type clutch which first became popular in the 1950's. Personally, I believe yours is a vintage style representation and is likely not more than perhaps 20 years old but again that's just my opinion, others may differ

Thanks for the updated photo.

This photo is better and the gemstone is totally different looking.
Natural lighting, no flash is the best way of getting a good photo representation.

Just for reference the small pearl looking ones do this test.
Rub a tooth across the surface.
Smooth=plastic/artificial.
Rough=Pearl's.
