Need help with 2 items i found today

This is a belt buckle or suspender buckle or similar type item not sure what the image is on it though or how old it is. Also found what I think is a Pistol Ball round or something (they was found in same spot)

I think the picture on the buckle is of a fish going for a fishing fly


Edit: after seeing cleaned up (below) I realized I was imagining things again.

Looks like a stylized letter I or a J or a P...depending on how you look at it. The ball looks like buck and ball shot.
