Need help with 3 relics I cannot identify

The little lead piece is about size of the penny and the box type object is about the size of a old lock but i dont think it was a lock, but it had some type of mechanism by backside picture.
The little wrench type thing is interesting as well, but i just dont know

#2 is probably a bale seal
#3 looks like a padlock
