Need help with a coin.

Friend of mine found an Egyptian (probably) coin.
Does anybody can identify it exactly ?
I don't have it in catalogue, it's also hard to find in net.
Does anybody know, what is it?
Coin is made of silver.

not sure .. but think it is up side down,, first clue,, it is part of a neckles second part is the text looks up side down... just a thought,, very nice find

Your friend's coin looks like a 20 kurush piece from Turkey.

I believe that it is from reign year 9 after the accession date of AH 1255.

If so, that would be about year 1847 according to our own calendar.
