Need help with ceramic pitcher/mug with signature on bottom

I picked this up at an estate sale today. I don't know much about pottery, but for $1 figured it didn't hurt to tak a shot. The color on top is real pretty shimmering coloration.

I definitely agree with that. I just didn't know if it had any value other than my eye thinking the shiny color is pretty lol.
