Need help with error blue mason jar.

Found this at a local thrift shop, various web searches bring up nothing. Anybody know if this is rare and valuable? Second picture if of a regular one I have.

That is not an error although it looks like it.That jar was only made 1913 and 1914 with the perfect offset like that. I just bought one just like it the other day for five dollars.
