Nope, it's a VF20.

Agree. Obverse has too much wear on left leg, breast and head. Reverse breast feathers worn smooth.
 

It's tough, without seeing it, in person, but I would grade it between Fine-12 and VF-20 which, according to the 2008 U.S. Coins Blue book, has a dealer value of between $70 and $80.

The 2008 U.S. Coins Red book lists a retail value of between $145 and $160.
