need help with identifying this artist

I got this painting from a garage sale , it said on the back of the outside wood that it was made in Mexico ,It is signed singer ,without a first name , nor date. I searched and found A couple famous artist with last name Singer, but I can't seem to find the signatures on any of them. Any help would be great!!
