In case anyone(those pesky Negative Nosey-Nellies) is worried I know something more than what I've already told HH, I do NOT. My interest in this painting is "only" because it fits into my personal interests of the Missions. Not unlike someones interest in pictures of Rocks,Birds or Sandcrabs. :icon_scratch:to each his own.

Just curious, why would you say it's from the mid to late 1800's ? What does the back look like?
