Need help with pin

What did this pin come from? It also says LGR 10k on the back

I'm going to say what might help a little, but it wouldn't surprise me if someone on this site came along and gave a positive ID. Your flag is shaped like what is called a burgee. It's usually associated with yacht clubs. My guess is you have a membership pin for a yacht club or possibly a pin designating an officer in a yacht club.
