I have a couple of drink cups that appear to be silver but I can't find any information on the silver mark. On the bottom of the cups it has: FISHER, below that a crown, a fancy E, P, C, and a shield, below that there is "K350"

On the side of the cup it says "Dixieland, Mixed Pair, 1st, 1959"

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
