Need help with the flatware make. TIA

After an hour of research have not been able to locate this mark. Looking at an incomplete set of gold color flatware. Would have taken the chance if it was complete. The flatware has this mark. It is an S with a roof.

After looking at them again could be V with an S. I may have been looking at the mark upside down.
