Need help with this brooch!

I'm trying to find this brooch online but don't know what to search for. I took these photos previously and no longer have the item. However I have pictures and the measurements. The piece is 3 inches at length and width. Any help identifying the signature would be great... or search terms I could use to find it!

Art Deco styling. I'm thinking late 50's to early 60's? But just guessing...

Also, "Made in U.S.A." is stamped on it as if that is positive and meaningful - like it was in 50's & 60's...
