Need help

So I found this today in what looked to be some sort of quarry, Lots of agate everywhere and lots of obsidian flakes. Huge agate chunks scattered all over the the place. I wasn't sure if it was made that shape or if is just natural rock, Its about 3 inches tall. (The one that looks like a point) Also I keep finding these little oval shaped pieces near work sites, wasn't sure if maybe they were used as a tool?? Central Oregon finds.

I can see why the pointy one caught your eye, but I think it's just a natural rock. I don't know about the oval shaped pieces.
