no. Nobody knows this place. It's definitely not core. on a mountain away from cities.

Looks like a dynamite drill hole for blasting. Is this near a road?

It is not for blasting the rock .

The Hole represents a Cave , perhaps sealed entrance , the signs left by the ancients , are all easy to decipher , if we do not try to over think them .

Real simple , the Ancients used the elements of Nature to convey messages . a Hole done in that style is a Cave .

The intent of the Two Hand set Boulders ?

Go up and peek around , obvious Man set , they're saying something for a fact .

watch for carved in stone figures ( Petroglyphs ) faint lines of petroglyphs .

Blue Arrow photo , you can make out the ancient Path ways , the Stone Outcropping is indeed hand manipulated , perhaps as a type of Shrine or Tithing receptacle .

There is possibly a Stone grove for ceremony set up there ,
Judging the weathering on the Stone Monuments , the site is ancient , the intent for it , unknown to me without further information .
