The fact that it is marked W.T.& Co indicates that it was made between 1857 and 1901(Whitall,Tatum & Company). After 1901, the name was Whitall Tatum Company, the & was dropped. This mark was used until 1938 when Armstrong bought them out. 621 was probably a mold number. Looks like a cream jar of some sort. Nice color too.
