Need info on old lithograph book 'MANSIONS OF ENGLAND' by Joseph Nash

I have an old book of lithographs titled 'Mansions of England, In The Olden Time' by Joseph Nash, Volume 1 & 2. It is not in the greatest condition. Some lithographs are pretty good while others are stained...Can anyone provide any thoughts as to keep this book as a whole or to try and sell the lithographs separately? Here's a few pics...

I would try and sell the lithographs separately because the book itself will not bring a fortune. You can check this by doing search on title. I see copies selling $10-$15.00. But you could probably sell unstained lithographs and make a nice profit. I'm assuming this is not a first edition and there is nothing else special about this particular copy. Check on prices first on Net, and if what I say is correct - go with lithographs. Good luck!
