Need some help identifying a piece of jewelry

I went out early Saturday morning and bought up a couple lots of jewelry at the first couple sales I hit. Paid $6 for both lots. There was some good pieces in both lots. 14k necklace, 12k earring, 10k ring, tiny 10k chain, lots of old sterling pieces and a very strange Asian piece that I need some help IDing. It's heavy, non-magnetic, not plated,about 1.5" long, half silver and half gold with small stones imbedded in it. The hole in it is about a size 7 ring hole (my wife thinks its some type of ring). The only mark on it is inside the hole and its a circular Asian symbol. Thanks for looking
