need some help on hard mining in seagrove area

hey I'm in seagrove, and live on what used to be a white rock quarry, I have ton of white quartz with alot of red on the top, just need some help from someone that knows what they doing, to show me the ropes thank you guys also we can split all we find

I believe the red is iron stains.
