Need some help with a Medieval Type Coin ID (PBK?) Anyone? :)

I am not good at identifying any coin under 1000 years old. Can anyone put an ID on this thing? Is it Anglo-Saxon? The coin is approximately 20mm in diameter. Any help greatly appreciated.

Obviously there's a contradiction between the eBay attribution as Anglo-Saxon and the two others as French.

Awesome you two! Much appreciated. Snapped this up for 45 bucks earlier today. I liked the facing "bird" or whatever that is. I spent about an hour or so trying to find an attribution myself. Looks like you all have it nailed!
