No hits there, unless it's in one of the "No English Title Available" listings. You might try downloading the PDF's for those and checking them.

All I can say is that you must have damn good eyes to be able to read the Patent number on a paper clip

I have seen something similar to these in an old feed & grain storehouse shipping dock...many moons ago.

They were mounted on the shippers podium to hold invoices, which I would assume are from the 20's or earlier.

Origin could be American, English or who knows...

Best of luck on the patent search...didn't find anything local.
