2 drilled holes, and tally marks. I 'd call it a gorget if it were mine. not sure on the other . good stuff. John

The first two pictures are of a damaged Gorget and a sweet Stone Bead.
The last few pictures are either a broken Tube Banner like SoIll said or it could be part of a broken Tube Pipe. Is it made from Pipestone or Slate? If Slate it's probably a Banner and if Pipestone it more than likely a piece of a Pipe. It looks like Pipestone in the picture and so does the Bead.
