I dug this up last year at salt water state Park here in wa last summer with my bounty hunter I am thinking about throwing it away but first I am doing some research on it this was buried in sand 20160731_153341.webp20160731_153320.webp20160731_153314.webp

Vintage TootsieToy Howitzer, they sell for aorund $8 to $20 on eBay.

1950 to 1960

I have to disagree. Tootsies of that age would have solid black rubber wheels and tires. These with the white 'mag' looking wheels didn't appear until the 70's. Either way though, it's a cool find. Personally, I wouldn't throw it away. If I didn't wish to keep it, I'd give to some kid to play with.

memories fade with time but it seems a army jeep went with it, cast with a driver. I would throw it away, but throw really hard 'cuz Wisconsin is long ways from Washington!

If you do a Google search for "Tootsietoy Howitzer", you'll find a whole page of these toys.
It's a more recent toy from the 1950's or 1960's,and isn't worth that much.

This is a very cool find. A child, is probably really pissed off that they lost this.
