Need your help on this 1996 d penny??

I got this 1996-d penny in change today and a couple things stood out to me. First it looks like it has a double ear. Then the word liberty has extra marks on it that are just as thick as the letters. Next 1996 d looks like it has doubling. The E on the back is all together you can barely tell its an E. The N on united has a dot on it. Finally all over the front in spots are this dots like this. On the bottom of the back of Lincolns head and on the lower part of the front. The rim is also small and then becomes large.

I'm seeing a lot of md. The "E" on the reverse has a die chip. Other than that the photos just aren't good enough to tell.
