my neighbor lost his wedding band the other day,i have two detector's,a bounty hunter, and a DFX .
the ring is a laser cut tungsten band,he come's over and ask's if i can help,he know's that i detect,i say heck yes,the DFX was not charged !!!!haven't used it for a long while,i bring out the bounty hunter,i detect for an hour and no luck
i tell him i'll charge the DFX and see him the next day..............today....the DFX is charged,i come home from work after a ten hour day, fire up the DFX,i go next door and start detecting, he got married two week's ago and was real stressed about the loss of his ring,we went over all the places that we hit the day before, dug up three penny's !!!yippee!!!
anyway's i research the tungsten VDI #'s42-45 and low and behold they hit, after 30 minutes i find the ring!!! i'll post a picture soon.
