Hello, I found this rather beat up but beautiful scraper on my buddy's property. I don't know what the material is but am interested to find out. Suggestions have been jasper and quartzite similar to labradorite. Thanks for all the input!

Its very colorful wet. I'd consider it a mix of agate and jasper due to coloration of the grains. I wonder if its metamorphic in origin. Pretty tough stuff to have been knapped and not to have broken up.

Awesome! Thanks for the info...one if the prettiest chunks of anything that I've ever found, let alone an artifact!
