Never Found One of These Before

Howdy All. The finds pictured are from four sites: 1910 RR Station (long gone), 1904 Methodist church ground, 1905 School House, and 1920's curb strip.

My finds include:
Hem Weight
Bullets
Various harware
Salt shaker lid
Florida East Coast RR tags
A buck or so in clad
Parts of a cool steamboat porcelin plate

and

A brass US Coast and Geodetic Survey Benchmark from 1934!! I have come across these before but they are always imbeded in a piece of concrete. This one was 3-IN down on its side and not attached to anything. I believe that it was originally from somewhere other that where I found it. The 78-FT elevation engraved on it is about 20-FT higher than the curb strip site where I found it. By the way the big gash in it was not my doing.

That Bench Mark is pretty cool. Wonder where it's home is.

Did some digging and found the Report from 1934. Did not have time enough to read it all.
