New Ace 400 one of first finds. US Navy ring and more

Well i got to ise my brandy new Ace 400 today. Found 35 1/2 lincolns, a nickel, 2 dimes. A cool bullet casing of some sort. A US Navy ring. 1956 Dog License to add to the collection. A neat hair clip. And a bunch of stuff that went into the garbage

sweet, seems like the Navy guys lose a lot of rings LOL. what is the thing up in the right hand corner? hard to tell from the pic, almost looks like a ramrod jag in one way but probably not
