New CORS Coil Produced 1833 Silver and Relics

Fairly new to detecting but after some sound advice I bought a new coil to extend the capabilities of my AT Pro with some fantastic results. My first 1833 half dollar!

I dug a bust half dollar last year, definitely a bucket list coin, but mine wasn't nearly as nice as yours, yours is in outstanding condition

Coin was about 8 inches down, maybe I'm giving the coil too much credit. Just trying to justify my purchase. Anyway like I said I'm fairly new to this hobby, just started last spring. I'll call it beginners luck. What I found interesting about the coin is that you can read " half dollar or 50 cents" on the outside edge. Hard to believe they had that ability in 1833 but the coin speaks for it's self.

That had the ability to put edge writing on coins in the 17th C in the UK, & that was on tin coins.
